All sales items are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
Returns
- Returned goods will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition.
* All items will need to be inspected upon return.
* To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the original packing that you received it.
* If the item is in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you at your cost.
* Please post goods only after receiving a confirmation from our team. - If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund and item will be returned at customer’s cost.
- Once we have checked and confirm the goods, customer will receive their refund within 7 days after the confirmation.
Exchange
Items are exchangeable for another of same value or higher (customer to pay the difference in value). Condition of exchanged goods must be in the same condition it was first received.
Shipping costs are paid by customer.
Returns/Exchange Process
Send us an email at postkraftbsc@gmail.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue for us to assist further.
- Any used, soiled, or damaged goods will not be allowed for exchange/refund. Please provide the following
- Image proof of wear or tear or any other reason for exchange/refund
- Order Number & Purchase online receipt
Once the return/exchange has been confirmed, return the affected goods to the address provided.
Please use a trackable shipping service. Return /exchange shipping costs are at customer’s cost and is not refundable.
Postkraft will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
